Friday, January 6, 2012- Abstract submission deadline February 27, 2012 - Notification of acceptance/refusal of abstract March 31, 2012 - Early registration cut-off as of March 31st April 1, 2012 - Late registration fee as of April 1st April 30, 2012 - Deadline for all presenters to pre-register. Presenters not registered by this date will have their sessions withdrawn and removed form the final Program. Proof of registration is required from all presenters. Registration is to be completed with the CFHSS at www.congress2012.ca .

CASWE-ACFTS Conference and the Canadian Federation for Humanities and Social Sciences (CFHSS) fees are required from all participants. CFHSS will be sending conference registration information directly to current members.In addition, to make a presentation at the 2012 Conference, CASWE-ACFTS participants must be a 2012-13 individual member. The membership year is from April 1st to March 31st.Please note that conference registration does not include membership to the Association.Please note that individuals representing their member school as Annual General Assembly Delegates who are not CASWE individual members do not get reduced registration fees.
