Un poste de Professeur ou professeure (le rang professoral est ouvert) La Faculté des sciences sociales offre, en français et en anglais, des programmes de baccalauréat, de maîtrise et de doctorat répartis dans neuf départements, écoles et instituts. Avec ses quelques 10 000 étudiantes et étudiants, ses 260 professeurs réguliers, son vaste choix de programmes et ses centres de recherche, la Faculté des sciences sociales occupe une place privilégiée au cœur de l’Université d’Ottawa. Les étudiants diplômés de la Faculté, encadrés par des chercheurs chevronnés, mènent des travaux de fine pointe dans nos nombreux programmes de maîtrise et de doctorat. L’École de service social de l’Université d’Ottawa désire combler un (1) poste régulier de professeur menant à la permanence, rang ouvert. Il est à noter que l’École de service social offre ses programmes exclusivement en français et s’inscrit dans une perspective critique en recherche et en intervention. Formation, habiletés et expériences recherchées: - de préférence un doctorat (Ph. D.) en service social (veuillez noter que les candidates et candidats titulaires d’une maitrise en service social seront considérés);
- une expérience dans l’enseignement est souhaitable;
- une variété d’expériences professionnelles;
- une excellente connaissance du français et de l’anglais oral et écrit;
- de l’entregent et une aisance à communiquer efficacement;
- d’excellentes aptitudes pour le travail d’équipe.
